Payments are calculated based on weight and type of scrap collected. Rates are displayed in‑app and may change from time to time. Payment is processed after successful collection.

ScrapUncle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for service.

6 · User Consent for Communication

By registering/calling us you provide us the consent to connect with you over the call. By registering on the platform or initiating a pickup request, you expressly consent to being contacted by our team via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for the purpose of:

• Assisting with pickup booking
• Confirming pickup details
• Providing support related to your request
• Resolving any issues or queries You acknowledge that such communication may be initiated even if your number is registered under Do Not Disturb (DND) services, solely for service-related purposes and not for unsolicited marketing.
